5. Technical Issues
If you cannot access the course or digital product due to a technical issue, contact support. We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the product, resend access details, troubleshoot login issues, or provide an alternative access method where appropriate.
A technical issue does not automatically create a refund right if we can provide working access within a reasonable time.
6. Payment Plans
If a payment plan is offered, you are responsible for all scheduled payments unless the sales page clearly states otherwise. If you request and receive a refund during the eligible refund period, future payment plan charges for that purchase will be cancelled where technically possible.
Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of access until the account is brought current.
